Rob Detz joined Homestead Financial Mortgage in 2012 and has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. He played a pivotal role in establishing Homestead’s in-house underwriting department, building it from the ground up. He holds all industry certifications, including FHA DE, VA SAR, VA LAPP Credit Authority, and MBA CRU (Certified Residential Underwriter) Level III. With extensive experience and expertise in the mortgage industry, he mentors staff, navigates complex or unique loan scenarios, and takes an innovative approach to helping customers achieve homeownership.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial industries, Jeff Maurer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Appraisal Department Manager at TruDocs Mortgage Services. He is specialized in ensuring precise property valuations, market assessments, and detailed appraisal review for our partners.

Jeff’s expertise includes developing market values using market supported adjustments, and examinations of markets and market conditions of residential properties. He also evaluates the highest and best use of real estate, leveraging both current and potential value to support sound investment decisions.
